INTRODUCTION
May Flower Restaurant is one of the best Chinese restaurants around Sabah which has a 25-year history since its opening in Keningau, which makes it one of the longest established restaurants in Sabah. It has moved to its current location in Jalan Bundusan, Penampang on 13 January 2005 which is more convenient for those customers near Kota Kinabalu City.
May Flower Restaurant is famous for its Cantonese and Malaysian delicacies such as Suckling Pig, Roast Duck with Chinese Bun, Smoked Gourmet Duck Breast Meat and Otak-Otak and other oriental delicacies.
The price of the food served is affordable yet the food quality is maintained. The restaurant also caters for Chinese set or buffet packages for wedding function, birthday celebration, full moon celebration, gathering, etc.
The two-storey restaurant with elegant décoration with the reception counter and grand lobby on the ground floor while a ballroom on first floor. It can accommodate up to 80 tables and opens from 10.30am to 2pm and 6pm to 10.30pm.

4.1 GENERAL PRICING
The pricing of May Flower Restaurant is based on the menu the client wants. For one dish of chicken, one dish of fish, one dish of meat and one dish of vegetable, which will be served with rice and fruits, the price for per pax is RM15.00.

And for every addition of one dish from the previous pricing above, the price per pax will increases RM3.00. For example, two dishes of chicken, one dish of fish, one dish of meat and one dish of vegetable, which will be served with rice and fruits, the price for per pax is RM18.00.

4.2 PACKAGE PRICING
The package pricing is usually applied in the premise itself for occasions such as weddings, birthday celebrations, etc.

The package pricing is usually using banquet service for clients who dine in the premise.
For nine dishes in one banquet set, the package price for 10 pax is RM588 nett where the dishes include Four Season Combination, Fish Maw Soup, Steamed Fish Hunan Style, Roasted Duck, Pan Fried Tiger Prawn, Pork Stew, Fresh Mushroom with Vegetable, Special Malay Fried Rice, and Ice Cold Sea Cucumber.

Another package is RM698 nett for 10 pax where the dishes include Otak-Otak, Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat, Steamed Pomfret with Crispy Garlic, BBQ Suckling Pig, Cheese Sweet Mango Chicken, Duck Braised Meat, Pan Fried Prawn in Soya Sauce, Claypot Meat Rice and Double Boiled Sugar Cane and Sea Coconut.

May Flower Restaurant is promoting its catering service through its website, http://biz.yellowpages.com.my/may-flower/. And the clients who wish to contact the restaurant, they can contact the restaurant through their email which is mayflower0021@yahoo.com

5.2 OTHER MARKETING
May Flower Restaurant also distribute brochures and name cards to their customers through the front desk of the restaurant itself.
