Dear John, Where Are You?

So, I just finished watching Dear John. It was a very nice movie. Very touching yet romantic movie. I've been waited a few months for the movie to be released in Malaysia since February. And I waited, waited & waited until April. But, there's no sign of this movie will be out in the local cinemas. Then I thought myself, "Maybe it won't comes out in Malaysia, since it is a war-conflict-between-the I country-&-the C country movie". You know what I meant. So, I went to buy the novel back in a few weeks time. But I haven't started reading it yet since I'm busy now. Due to my undying 'passion' to watch the movie, I downloaded it through the internet, and I got the DVD rip version which is clear as water. Yeah!

The story is about a guy (John) falls in love with the girl (Savannah). John is in Army Special Forces, so he has to leave Savannah after his two weeks leave. Then, they keep updating each other through letters. One day, Savannah decides to break up with John because she cannot stands the absence of John from her life. So, she told John that she is engaged to Tim (Savannah's neighbour). This is the part that made me cry. 

After John's father dies of stroke followed by Tim dies of cancer, John and Savannah are back together and live happily ever after. Awwwwwww......

I have to admit that it was an awesome movie to watch. 9 out of 10 for it.

So romantic. :)
