Shine The Light On The Flowers

After breakfast, my mum and I went to accompany my aunt and her children to survey furnitures for their new apartment. We went to a few showrooms and comparing the prices of the furnitures. Before heading home, we stopped at the flower shop nearby Chan Furniture to have a look on the flowers. When we entered the shop, all we can see were only those ordinary flowers that you can see sold at any flower shops. But then, when I asked do they sell any tulips or lilies, the salesgirl said they do have them. She then brought us to a huge walk-in chiller where they keep all the imported flowers. The first flower that I saw was one of my favourites, white lilies. She told me that one bundle of it is RM70. There are 10 lilies for each bundle, so it means that one lily costs RM7. The price is quite reasonable. And I asked her do they have tulips with them. She said that tulips have to be special ordered, since they are imported from China. In fact, most of the flowers sold at the shop are imported from China. Tulips are RM60 for each bundle. Quite sad since I can't see the tulips, in real. It has been my most favourite flower of all time. And I have this wish of to be surrounded by tulips one day.
I told my mum that she don't have to give me anything on my graduation day. Just give me those tulips will already make my day. And before going home, I purchased one sunflower which cost only RM8.
