So today, after our midterm exam, me and my friend went to try out the Bella Italia's lunchbox. I planned it since Monday when I saw one of my collegemates posted a picture of the lunchbox in FB. So I asked her about it and she said it cost only RM12.00++ for four courses of meal, which include salad, soup, pasta dish and dessert. And she told me it was worth it. So, I asked my classmates and my lecturer if they want to join. Today, after the midterm exam, my lecturer said she can't join us so left only me and my friend, Elvira who are in for the lunch. The others are just not sure and not joining.
So, me and Elvira went into Bella Italia and by that time there was only a few tables were occupied. We sat beside the glass wall and the waitress approached us with the menu. I asked her if the lunchbox is available during that hour and she said it is. So, we ordered two sets of lunchbox which were served about 10 minutes afterwards. I thought it is gonna be quite big portion of food but the lunchbox consists of mini portion of each food which was served on a tray. But, after digging into the food, we were basically very full of it. I love the Rigatoni Duck so much and the pandan custard cake. The soup was a bowl of onion soup and tasted quite like French Onion Soup which was not really that nice. The plate of salad was just bunch of vegetables served with balsamic dressing which was quite nice. The whole lunch cost us RM29.00 which means RM14.50 per person. That was worth it considering the fact that we ordered a glass of iced water each. All in all, the food was satisfying. Definitely coming back for more.
