Yeah! I've just finished reading Julie & Julia. It was a "thumbs up" book. Before I bought the book, I've watched the movie and it was great! The story was about a woman who don't usually cooks and decided to finish up the 524 recipes in the book named Mastering the Art of French Cooking (MtAoFC) in 365 days. This is a real story experienced by a real woman named Julie. During the process, she faced lots of problems. But, in the end, she managed to cook all the recipes in the book. And she even started a blog and blogged about her days of cooking.
In the movie, it did not mention Julie's friends like it was mentioned in the book.
But, it's okay. And the book used a lot of F word. Almost like 50 times because Julie like to curse a lot!
And the word Boeuf Bourguignon which is a famous French food keeps playing in my head after I read the book.
PS-I wanna hit the bookstore to get myself The Lovely Bones ASAP
PPS-I could get myself the MtAoFC and do like what Julie did, perhaps?
